I am a Commercial Engineer with a solid administrative background focused on strategic planning and process optimization. For more than four years I have been part of the real estate sector, where I currently serve as team leader at eXp Realty Manta, supporting, training and guiding more than 200 commercial advisors toward achieving their objectives. My experience is centered on the real estate market in the southern area of Manta, with specialization in properties with an average ticket of $150,000, as well as extensive knowledge in residential, commercial, industrial and Luxury segments. I am characterized by a mindset focused on growth, collaborative leadership and the constant pursuit of excellence, driving the development of each advisor and the consolidation of sustainable results for the organization. In my free time I enjoy reading, discovering new ideas and singing, one of my great passions that fills me with energy and balance.
